If you check the "post bac faq" sticky, you'll find some info on this. You should also do a search--this is a topic that has been discussed in many other threads.

There are no formal rankings, but general concensus is that Goucher, Bryn Mawr, Hopkins, Penn, and Columbia are the top tier for that region.
