Best practice test besides NBME's

I want to take a good diagnostic test 2 weeks before my exam, but I ran out of NBME's (except for #5 which I'm saving for the week before). So I have a choice between the USMLE CD, kaplan diagnostic, or any other you guys can think of. Got any ideas? Thanks
