Guess who:Goljan. But not even the step 2 series. I listen to the step 1 audio on the way to and from the hospital each day. It seems like these questions like what is assocated with.... are so popular with attendings.
I looked like a star this morning when I piped up and answered a question that all the interns were stumped on. Theres nothing like having twenty heads turn and look at you while the attending says "yeah that's exactly right."

By the way, has anybody used the Goljan step 2 stuff? I am wondering if it as good as the step 1 stuff.

This is not always a good thing though, right? Pipe up too often and make them look bad and you will have twenty pissed off interns ready to scut you out for weeks on end. 🙂

Point well taken, but it is nice to be able to punch your way out of a pimp paper bag now and then.

He would tell us that at least once a week in lecture. He grew tired of "this is a board question", so he began with "this is a pimp question".

For someone who hasnt seen the inside of a medical ward in something like 20 years, he knows it all.
