Best program - your vote & thoughts are appreciated

I have the choice between these programs in completely different parts of the country. I am having a really tough time deciding, I don' know much about their reputation overall, just that I really liked all of them during my interviews. Any help or input would be much appreciated. Thank you.

1. University of Chicago
2. OHSU
3. UC Davis
4. Mt. Sinai (NYC)

If you liked them all equally, I would choose based on location... those cities are all VERY VERY VERY different! Think about where you would prefer to live. Reputation and all that between them is probably minimal and based on who you're asking/where they live.
