Best Q book for IM shelf exam

Anyone got any advice on the best IM shelf exam question book? I would prefer recommendations on the one most representative of the shelf exam question style and level of complexity. Thanks in advance for your reply!

Use Medicine Pre-Test...it's so money and it doesn't even know it.
Seriously, 3-5 questions on my shelf were almost word-for-word from Pre-Test. I used Pre-Test and the questions in the back of Blueprints and scored 99. Good luck.

A lot of questions from pre-test appeared on my shelf exam. Whatever book you decide on, just don't purchase A+L. I bought their OB/gyn book and their questions are useless, not only do they repeat themselves often, they are usually too easy and not representive of the shelf at all.
