Best questions to ask while shadowing?

Hey all, I've been shadowing an orthodontist for about 12 hours now and haven't really sat down and asked many questions. I've just been watching basic procedures and getting to know the orthodontist and her assistants real well. Now that I have about a day left, what would be some good questions to ask her?

-Ask them about their dental school/DAT/residency
-Ask them which procedures you should really see (This is a good one, maybe they will let you come back to see them...worked for me)
-Ask them any questions about the procedures. They would love to answer them
