Best Residency Loans?

I'm an intern in Southern Cal and need a loan during my medicine residency to cover step 3, licensing and credit card debt thats goin nowhere. If anyone has any experience and can recommend what the best residency loans are ASAP, itd be much appreciated. Ive been thinking Citibank or Wachovia/TERI, but lemme know if you have any advice...(btw, I graduated 6 months and a week ago, so I dont know how strict some lenders are about the time limit to apply...)

I got a private consolidation loan from Citibank.

Be forewarned...the interest on these types of loans is based on LIBOR....somewhere in the vicinity of 10.3%.

I'm not sure how it compares to other banks, but Suntrust also has physician loans available (25k max for pgy1).
