best resources to improve cardio section

Hopefully I will be taking Step2ck again by May11th. Cardio is among my weak sections. What is the best resource for studying cardio? And especially the 5-10 Multimedia questions presenting auscultation (murmurs,rubs) and EKGS. I fee like if I bring up cardio and respiratory I stand a chance of passing.
