hi everyone,

i'm a hs senior and i got 3 acceptances to pre-pharm schools. those three colleges are: USP, UPitt, and University of Arizona. I wanted to know how the reputation of these schools are and their ranking. do professors teach well at these colleges? pls let me know if you know any info about these or if you are attending there.

I'm not a pharm student as you can see, and I know nothing about any of those schools, but I feel like I should point out that far more important is how you do as an individual at whatever college you decide to go to. I don't imagine that being terribly different from how it is with medical school admissions.

Hopefully you'll get a chance to talk to students from those places that can speak to their schools' abilities to prep people for the PCAT and whatever else, but ultimately, your final GPA and your PCAT score are what will get your foot in the door -- not the institution name on your four-year degree.

Just something worth mentioning. And yes, piano is very cool.

patients won't judge you based on what school you graduated from. rather they will judge you based on your character (and talent! like the piano! I happen to play one too! woot! woot!)
