Anyone in the midst (or complete with) the application process have good stories in regards to med schools and merit aid?

Almost half of the class at Mayo Medical School pay nothing. Everyone gets at least a 50 percent merit scholarship (bringing out-of-state tuition to less than $11,000 and in-state to $5,500 at the most). Also, there are no other fees as the tuition covers everything (i.e., parking, photocopying, computer use, printing, syllabi, etc.) In-state residents includes Airzona, Florida, and Minnesota.
