Best source for ophtho?

Hi,

I'm trying to find some evidence-based info on keratoconus. I realize I can read a hundred journals, but I just want one source that has all of the meta analysis. I normally use Dynamed or UpToDate, but neither have information on keratoconus.

I was wondering if there's a source you guys go to for info. on ophtho sutff. Please advise.

There is a dearth of good up to date review sources for ophtho. But you can try eyewiki: http://eyewiki.aao.org/Keratoconus

Actually the regular wikipedia looks like it may have just as much info.

Eyewiki is solid. Pubmed is your best source by far. Just screen for meta-analyses. Actually, most recent textbooks will be pretty uptodate on keratoconus, even if the info is a few years old. The condition is pretty well understood.
