is texas #1? low cost of living, no state tax, relatively low # of docs. a friend of mine is clearing 2 million doing pain in amarillo.
i don't really trust gaswork b/c agencies are for foriegn grads and people with no connections/business savvy.
how are the salaries for pain/anesthesia in nyc/miami/la/other major metropolitan areas? i know they will be lower due to the supply and demand but is it even feasible to live in one of these cities? i mean making $250k in any big city is nothing. you'll be renting for the rest of your life..
