Best time to take the DAT?

Hey guys, so I was just wondering when exactly would be the best time to take the DAT. I am a grad student so it'stwitter little challenging to focus on just studying for the DAT so I was wondering if taking it when the application cycle already opened like mid June would be any hindrance on my application?

Best time to take the DAT? While you were still in undergrad. Second best time? Before the cycle opens so your score is ready to be submitted early on.

I know I took it in undergrad but I didn't well at all so I'm retaking it either in May or June, most likely June because my classes end mid May🙁
