After what courses would it be most beneficial to take the pcat? Should microbiology be taken right before you take the pcat?

I planned to take Organic during the PCAT and thats it for classes relating to the PCAT. I've already taken all my bios and other chems. I have calculus 1, 2, and statistics done and all my English classes finished.
