I know Sketchy and Pathoma are great for 2nd year, I am wondering what is the best video resource covering all class material for first year (besides school lectures, etc)? I've heard great things about DIT.

I don't remember having any high yield videos for first year, but DIT did not seem worth the price...

I heard great things about Physeo, which some peopled dubbed as "Pathoma for physiology." Never used it myself, however.

And Boards and Beyond, I don't think I'd recommend it right off the bat as a first year tbqh, especially if the school follows the Flexner system of learning where it's learning normal stuff for first year and abnormal stuff for second year.

The nice thing about BnB is that it includes all the basic science stuff too. I would definitely use it for biochem and phys first year if they have that kind of curriculum. The path can definitely be held off until MS2 though.

First year really material wise does not generally require addition resources aside from First Aid and a good physiology book. DIT is a boards review course. Its use is largely for second year.
