Best way to do follow-up/interval history and exams?

Hi all,

I was wondering what the best way to do interval Hx/exams was? I am currently bringing the clock forward (eg 1 hr) and then request a stat history and exam. Is there a way to set up hourly history/exam?

Also, is there a way to arrange follow up on the last screen?
