Hello,
I am looking for some advice. Our private optometry practice, located in NW New Mexico, is looking to bring on a second doc. The second optometrist will start as a full-time employee and transition into the sole owner/optometrist as the current doc looks toward retirement.
We have been trying several methods of finding a candidate for the position, but I wanted to ask here to see if anybody has ideas or a success story to share? (or, perhaps an interested candidate will see this post!)
I appreciate any ideas or suggestions others can share.
