best way to improve 20 points?

hey guys my exam is in 3 weeks.. im still around 190 on nbme's, i was wondering what would be the best way to utilize my remaining time to improve atleast 20 points... should i be focusing mostly on uworld or fa? i am really confused... plz help

I would say FA for sure. Keep reading and re-reading. get all the concepts down.

FA and UWorld all day, skim what you know and spend the time on what's unfamiliar.

Depends on where you're messing up...if your concepts are weak then definitely look at some different sources....if its cause you missed a few nit picky details here and there then hammer first aid down...but with a score around 190, its probably concepts...i had/have the same problem (score around 200) so i went towards buying pathoma and i can say it is GREAT....he really kills concepts in a way you'd never believe....my plan is to finish up pathoma in the next ten days and then review first aid for another 10 and take an nbme....hoping to take my exam next month
