Hi all,

I was finally verified on AMCAS yesterday morning .. (though I almost wish I wasn't, considering the 11 secondary emails I got in my inbox in the last two days). A few of the secondaries actually require you to return them by snail mail and I'm wondering what the best method of doing this is.

Is it fine to just go through USPS, or should I take it to UPS or FedEx? What kind of confirmations is it generally advisable to get for these? I remember getting verifications that mail was sent by a certain date with college admissions, but I don't think that's going to help much here.

Also, after going through some of the secondary threads, is it advisable to send secondaries so they'll get to the schools on a weekday in case you're asking for a signature/verification from the school's end?

Thanks a lot!

UPS/Fedex with signature required

USPS. Slap a stamp on it and call it a day. If you're really paranoid, just get delivery confirmation.

I've been using USPS Priority mail. No tracking number, just dropped it in the mail. Haven't had a problem so far. *Knock on wood.
