I'm someone who is very intrigued by anatomy, and i loved the course first year, but fast forward to over a year later and I feel like I remember very little of it. I figure reviewing it would be fun and can't hurt for surgery rotations next year, and something that would be high yield for Step 1 would be a huge plus.

What are the best resources to review/relearn the high yield portions of anatomy? Id prefer a video series or something, but if there's a good book out there (that isn't as long/detailed as say BRS), I'm all ears. Are Kaplan Videos or High Yield Anatomy any good? any recommendations? thanks everyone.

Anatomy is not very high yield for Step 1.

yeah i've heard that. is what's covered in First Aid + UWorld typically considered enough for Step?

I am open to hear opinions from other people on good resources just for my own knowledge as well.
