Best way to update application?

During my application I was part of a paper that was under review at a journal so I listed it as "under review", but recently the paper has been accepted.

There is no way of changing the original entry to "accepted", should I e-mail every school I applied to about this update or should I submit a new achievement so it is automatically updated to schools?

To be honest, I don't think that it will be a huge factor in getting you an interview at this point
You can individually email them, but what they care about most is your academic update (DAT or GPA)
