Best way to word a LOR

So I asked my group leader for this medical project to write me a LOR but she wanted me to write it myself...so I did not want ADCOMs to figure out I wrote the rec so I had my friend write it....since I can make this one of the best recs...what do you guys think is important in a rec....any advice or tips

i heard they really like it if you are irresponsible and have no experience. also tell them that you are very unfriendly and callous.

I used the phrase "god's gift to science and medicine" in mine.

Seriously though, make sure to include a paragraph or two about your ability to deal with difficulties, with like specific examples. The Adcoms know that nobody is perfect. Except me.
