So I currently have the following LORs:

1. Science prof / biology advisor/ PI (he was all three)
2. Non-science prof / psychology advisor / (PI (he was also all three)
3. Organic chemistry lecturer
4. MD LOR (from a physician I worked with)
5. DO LOR (from a physician I worked with)

For context I am applying MD + DO.

Regarding the orgo lecturer, is this acceptable to use as a science LOR even though they are a lecturer and not a professor? Unsure if the distinction matters.

The rank is fine. How experienced is this person in writing strong letters?
I know they have a lot of experience writing LORs for med school apps. How do I assess if they are writing a strong letter? I have known this lecturer for four years and have attended her OH. I feel that she knows me well.
