Yeah, I definitely used google to make sure I was right after I posted. :p

Would have left it if it was wrong, though. No sense in ruining it. I could be wrong though, I'm not 100% positive.
 
It is cluster of differentiation (if I remember my Step 1 studying accurately!).
 
I learnt it as "cluster of designation" in an Immunology class I took in my undergrad degree.

(off course it might be differentiation or something like that. Pre-med already seems so far away...)
 
It's possible there is more than one way to say it. That happens with many a thing. Differentiation/Designation...both are probably correct.
