Yeah, I definitely used google to make sure I was right after I posted. 😛

It is cluster of differentiation (if I remember my Step 1 studying accurately!).

I learned it as Cluster Designation.

I learnt it as "cluster of designation" in an Immunology class I took in my undergrad degree.

It's possible there is more than one way to say it. That happens with many a thing. Differentiation/Designation...both are probably correct.
