If you can get a conditional acceptance without OAT scores, then is it most advisable if you have a decent GPA (lets define decent as a 3.5) to just apply and get the conditional acceptance and then all you need is at least a 300 on each section of the OAT?, seems like it would take the pressure off big time and i heard then even if you get slightly below a 300 on 1 section, it's unlikely they will rescind your acceptance.

Please name those schools which accept application without OAT scores ( assuming you have the rest : 3.5GPA, LOR, xtracurr)

Would SCCO be one of these schools??? I am currently in this situation. I have applied but I plan to retake my OAT in Nov. because I did not have time to prepare for the OAT and did poorly. My gpa is below your standard of decent (3.38).

Unfortunately, SCCO will require you to have a minimum of 3.0 Overall GPA, and at least 300 on all sections of the OAT.

I don't see how that's unfortunate...

They want to keep the caliber of students coming in at a high standard. 300 is also the 50th percentile. That's not ultra high.

What I meant was that you will have to achieve their minimum standards to get in. I definitely agree that you must meet each schools set standards to get into that particular school. In this case, SCCO requires the minimum 300 OAT as their requirement while other schools may allow one of the OAT section scores to be below 300.
