Bezold-Jarisch vs reverse Bainbridge reflex?

Bainbridge is pretty much the opposite of a Bezold-Jarisch. Bainbridge = increased HR from increased CVP. B-J = decreased HR from decreased CVP.

What's the difference between the two? From what I understand, they both cause bradycardia from sensed decreased venous return.
Here's what I have in my notes:
Bezold-Jarisch Reflex: Ventricular stretch receptors detect decreased preload which leads to bradycardia to increase filling time, and can respond faster than carotid sinus baroreceptors (which would lead to tachycardia)

Bainbridge Reflex: Atrial stretch detects increased blood volume in right atrium and leads to tachycardia

i don't even know what you guys are talking about.
You still have a few days until the ITE, time to read up.
