This semester I am taking a research class with a prefex BHSI (Biomedical and health science institute) and next semester I will also have a research course with the prefix IDIS(Infectious Disease). I was wondering if these classes will be included in my science GPA the way Med schools calculate it.

if the courses are offered under the biological science depart, my guess is yes they will be included in your science gpa.
