I can't upload the image here, but the compund in question is on the last compound on first page with a cyclohexane and cyclopentane fused together.

Why is the compound called 8-methylbicyclo(4.3.0.) nonane and not
3-methylbicyclo(4.3.0) nonane

in multicyclic compounds are numbered via highest priority carbon of the longest cycle, then all those carbons are numbered first.
