Seems great- a compiling of information about how much training things require. From a public health perspective it makes sense for the government to make this information readily available for people who are interested in the field given the demand for mental health clinicians at every level of training (short of midlevels). Common sense to have a resource with information like this. I have encountered many people who want to go into mental health field somewhere due to personal interest or experiences, and no clue where to start. Thank you for the link. Not seeing how this is super wasteful of the government- mainly appears to be some pages on an existing website with compiled information.

Now people say things with more conviction than ever before in human history across multiple media channels which somehow amplifies this species-old problem we have had. If we do end up having a downfall as a country or a species, I am pretty sure that people believing BS said with convection is going to be at the center of it. The amount of resources going into disinformation seems to wildly outstrip those going into information literacy and I know how things end when one side gets all the resources.
