Houston is not heavy with orthognathic. I'm pretty sure UOP/Highland is, definately military programs are.

i had a Highland resident tell me that the residents get sick of orthognathic they get so much...they rotate at the Kaiser hospital in the bay area... the doctor there does something like the most in CA, or at least northern CA (can't remember the name of the surgeon)

what are some of the programs that would give you a ton of exposure to orthognathic cases?

What do you define as 'a ton' of orthognathic?

enough to feel completely comfortable to do any type of case once im done with the program? i don't know if that is realistic or not.

UAB does a ton of orthognathic. It's seasonal, but we usually have at least 2 a week and sometimes 4 or 5 cases (almost all are double jaw, with a good amount of multiple piece Leforts)...

Dr F O'Ryan. She is Parkland trained.

LIJ does roughly 90 cases in the summer alone. Chief resident cuts at least half of every case.
