so basically.. I signed up to take the DAT on dec 28. I need an extra week to study, and am going to take it on January 7th. Here's the problem- I tried doing it online, and for some reason it keeps saying unvalid confirmation- and I'm putting the whole confirmation in, and then sometimes when I redo it, it says operation timed out? So then I decided to call them and do it, and the answering machine said We are out for the holidays, which means they will probably be back in their office on Wednesday, which is already to late to change the date, what do I do??

This has never happened to me, but try waiting a few hours to enter in your confirmation. Is there an email you could try?
Or maybe try calling Prometric testing centers or the exact center where you're taking it, whichever one you did not try.
