Billing in Child Psychiatry?

Does anyone have a good resource regarding the billing codes used for Child Psychiatry and the subsequent reimbursement by insurance companies?

I'm getting a pretty decent offer for part-time work on hourly basis from a private group in outpatient world. I'm a bit surprised that they are offering me these rates so I just want to make sure the billing they are doing under my name is legit and not any type of fraud that could get me in trouble down the line.

Residency/Fellowship doesn't do a good job of going over this at all.

It would be easier to read brief details of the offer than to educate and provide details on billing and reimbursement. Simply put reimbursement is considered confidential in most private insurance contracts and can't be divulged. Medicare and state medicaid is public knowledge. Rates can even vary by region.
