Can you bill for both pa catheters and 9fr introducers? Or just one or the other?

Also if cardiology bills for a formal read of the tee you do intraop, can you still bill for tee placement?

Unless it's a second 9fr you put in for some good reason, just the swan is billable, the introducer is part of that procedure.

Yes, you can bill for just TEE insertion.
