Sorry if this sounds so elementary. But is there an add on code I can do to a med check (i.e. E&M) follow-up if I do a MoCA on someone and interpret it? Thanks!

no. there are neurobehavioral codes for neurobehavioral assessment but they don't pay as well as E&M - a moca and interpretation basically gives you an additional data point for 99214
