I think there's not a lot of info because they are one of the smaller regional chains. I interviewed with them earlier this year, and have also had conversations with their pharmacy recruiter. I was mostly very impressed. The computer system looked like it was a bit archaic to me, but I really liked what they had to say about their approach to pharmacy in a grocery setting. Also, as retail goes their hours are fantastic! It somewhat depends on which market you are in, but some of their stores are 9-7, 9-6 Sa, 12-6 Sunday. Also, I was told that they pay their floaters at the pharmacy manager rate - I guess as incentive to take a float position. Unfortunately at the time they had no openings in the area I wanted to be in.

There are multiple Bilo chains. One in the South, and one owned by a Western PA company.
