Does anyone know of any psych malpractice insurances that offer binding arbitration? I'm not sure why ProAssurance does not offer it as it would decrease their malpractice costs.
The big two insurance companies for psychiatry apparently are the APA backed program and the Psychiatrist's Program. I'd ask with those two companies first.
