How is H20 a product of glycolysis or krebs cycle. I know why the answer is D, but why isn't it E. H20 is only formed in ETC...

According to both DAT Destroyer and Wikipedia, water is a product of glycolysis. The picture below was taken from https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glycolysis
Both ADA and Dr. R recommend to use Campbell bio in you ever get stuck on something. If you look at chapter 9 (page 169), step 9 of glycolysis produces water. For kreb cycle take a loot at page 171. Step two of kreb cycle produces water.
