Thanks a lot PooyaH.. you have answered a lot of my questions.. i appreciate all your help.. 🙂

but i am just wondering where you got this formula n^2 from? i have never seen this formula before.. i thought we were suppose to use probability or so..but just could not figure out how to start.. at first i thought it would be 5 different gametes: A,a,B,b,c but it was not part of the answer choice.. why cant it be these 5 gametes? and what are those four gametes produced?

To be honest with you, I'm not sure if I've seen it in any of the bio books I've used to prep for the DAT, but I just remember it from my bio class in college. That's really all you need to know about this type of question though. Don't focus on the details of everything with bio. If you wanna do that, then you'll just need 3 months for bio alone. Use your time efficiently and focus on the big pictures for bio.

Don't waste your time on bio much. That's all I can say. I'm not saying don't care about it, but I guarantee no matter how much you study for bio, you will see a couple of questions on your DAT that you have never ever seen before! So don't risk other sections for bio.
