r these both asking the same thing? yet the answers are different?
 
#128 - Normal woman has colorblind mom. Marriers Colorblind dad. whats the prob that 1st daughter is colourblnd?

#147 - bill and ann have normal vision, but their Dads are colorblind. what is the prob that their 1st child will be a normal boy?

Dude, don't worry about posting the question. Everyone does it everyday with no consequence.

#128: Answer is 50%
XXc marries XcY
Daughters will be XXc and XcXc
XcXc is colorblind, thus 50%

#147: Answer is 25%
XXc marries XY
Sons will be XY and XcY
XcY is colorblind, thus 25%

You're confused on the wording. #128 asks probability of 1st daughter while #147 asks probability of 1st child (and not 1st son).
