Bio/Econ Double Major?

I'm a rising sophomore at HYPS looking to apply as an MD/MBA candidate in 2018. Would double majoring in Biology and Economics improve my chances? Or should I stick to one major (currently leaning towards Biology)?

Im a Bio and Econ major!!! But Econ courses were always my easiest A's so I could spend most of my time working on Bio

Whichever will keep your GPA higher, generally. Adcoms don't care about your major(s).

That said, it's possible the degree or classes taken in Econ will be inspected more carefully by adcom members who specifically review dual degree candidates. Still, GPA is first priority.

Agreed. GPA is top priority.
