Hello,
If I’m a physical therapy aide (clinical) that was promoted to lead physical therapy aide (leadership) and transferred to a new work place under the same hospital, can I list these two experiences under two separate activities or do I list them under 1 activity to avoid “double dipping?”
I think they’re 2 different work positions, I get to interact with patients in the first experience while in the other I get to train new volunteers and do other administrative work.

Don't double count the hours. If you want to have inclusive dates for the patient interaction activity and then have a separate entry with the leadership role and list a later start date and only the hours during which you are leading fellow volunteers, I think that would be fine. Depending on how many hours you have for clinical, you could count them all as clinical and add in the description that you've also been tapped to orient new volunteers after x months in your role as a physical therapy aide.

Thank you so much! This makes a lot of sense!
