Bio+Lab Prerequisites

I placed out of Gen Bio 1+2 using AP Credit. I have already taken genetics/molec bio+Lab but will need one more bio+lab for application. I am currently enrolled in Anatomy and Physiology 1+Lab. Will this suffice for the required Bio+Lab credit?
