Hi

I have a question about the pre-requisite for dental school. Most dental schools require a bio with lab, which is 8 credits total. However, in my school, it only offers 6 credits bio lecture. There are no lab course for general biology.

So i decide to take a 2000 biology lab, will that meet the requirement for the dental school pre-requisite?
Thanks

It should. Strange setup your school has. Your best bet is to ask each school's admission staff if this would satisfy their requirement.

You will be fine. A lot of people AP out of biology, and schools almost always allow upper level courses to be used to fill the pre req because most do not accept AP even though the Undergrad does.

They won't get you for taking a harder lab
