Can I take my second bio lab during my senior year? I've taken one so far (I'm a sophomore) and got a B in it which I'm not super happy about. I really don't want to take a lab next year because my schedule is totally packed already, but I don't know if it's okay to take it after I apply.
And if it is possible to take it my senior year, I'm wondering if the B that I got will look bad and if I should just suck it up, take a second bio lab next year , and hopefully get an A..

If you still need the lab as a prereq for med school you just need to have it finished by the time you graduate, not by the time you apply. Take it whenever works best for you. And a B is not a bad grade. Don't worry about it. You'll be just fine.
