Bio majors please help

I think it's biochemistry and u're going too far but BTW gluconeogenesis is making sugars from all stuff/monomers possible along with glucose.

can u explain the cori cycle and glucneogenesis and how they are related

Don't worry about this question for DAT you will learn in your Biochemistry . in Cori cycle Lactic acids produced in muscles will be back in blood cycle and eventually convert to Glocouse in Liver.

i thought the lactic acid cycled back to the liver to produce pyruvate and nadh?

I know the answer to this, but I'm not a bio major. Am I still eligible to help according to your standards?

I think so...

Obviously you are not... 🙄

I think you should know about Cori cycle and about oxygen debt...

I guess the conversion of lactic acid back to pyruvate is followed by pyruvate to glucose according to wikipedia...does it have to go back all the way to glucose or is that optional...?

Of course Mr. O is right as always of course but to actually bring wiki here its the lactate build up in the muscle being transported to the liver to be made back into glucose.

destroyer #264. cori cycle converts lactate back to glucose which is then carried by the blood back to muscles
