So this is more like an reminder for myself.
For buffer systems,
Internal -> Phosphate buffer
External -> Bicarbonate buffer
right?
Suddenly got confused because I got a question on 2009 ADA online asking for Internal buffer. So I chose Phosphate but the answer was Bicarbonate which I thought it should have been an error.

Yup, that's an error. Correct answer is phosphate, as Destroyer has it.
