Hey guys,

What other sources have been really good for bio? I took the test and received a 19 in bio about 6 months ago and am now retaking sometime in June. I used cliffs, destroyer and qvault back then but many people that have recently taken the test are saying Cliffs alone will not suffice!

What other sources would you recommend...especially for the random lab questions?

When I took the DAT I got a 20 on Bio and studied Destroyer and the KBB. For me that was enough.

For KBB, free notes are found on the predds website. Just register and you can download it automatically.

When using the Destroyer, I made sure that every answer I got wrong I wrote down and memorized it over and over again.

Get Achiever. Its a good source of challenging questions thatll help you on the test. The other materials you have are also very good. Review them each 3 or 4 more times, so the concepts get cemented in your head.

For me, combining Cliff's AP biology and Barron's AP biology was good enough. I really *knew* them, though, which is of key importance! 🙂

Thanks guys for the input!! How about the random lab questions that many people have said show up? What materials could i use for those questions?

I'm also going through Khan Academy in addition to the resources you mentioned. That might be something you may want to look into. Just throwing that out there.

i like khan academy for sections that I didn't quite understand

I'd suggest Craig Savage's videos on youtube, his Biological diversity section was especially useful.
