biochem 3-4 credits

Hey guys, at my university, there is a biochem class (4credits with lab) and one called cellular biochem (3credits no lab). I see that plenty of dental schools only require 3 credits. Would the cellular biochem fulfull this requirement? the 4credit biochem is offered with the chemistry department. The 3 credit biochem is offered with the biology department. Any comments would help guys. Thanks

Shouldn't you first be checking on the number of credit hours required before diving into the course?

Often times, the 3 credit one is enough. However, if you are really interested in the 4 credit one and have the time, nothing will stop you from taking it. I doubt that it matters which department offered the course.
