My University (Oakland) has two different biochem's. One is an upper level biology course. The other is an upper level chemistry course. Since I haven't had any bio classes in a while (and a lot of chem), my premed advisor suggested I take the bio-based version to prepare for the MCAT. Do most universities have the two different classes like this? If so, which class is preferred by the med schools that require biochem? Thanks.
